Learn moreWelcome! I started my own well-being journey through feeling ‘out of balance’ and overwhelmed with stress. Over 20 years ago I learnt to meditate and established a daily practice. Over time I became a meditation and clinical hypnotherapist, supporting others to find more peace, joy and love-inner holiday happy!
Through hypnotherapy I work in dissolving negative behaviours that get in the way of everyday life. Hypnotherapy quickly gets to the root of a problem and helps you overcome fears, phobias and challenges that you maybe facing.
